Things to be aware of before you book:
- Minimum age to book is 25. No exceptions.
- Not all of our neighbors are on vacation. In accordance with San Diego law, at no time of day are guests allowed to have loud gatherings, excessive noise or amplified music loud enough to bother the neighbors and other vacation renters.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

We are a family of five and our stay at the beach house was great the loft is great if you have teenagers
Nice 2bedroom 1 bath close to beach sound of ocean at night is awesome
My mom, three daughters and I really enjoyed our stay at the Dollhouse. The location to both the beach and bay was amazing. My girls loved being so close to Belmont too. The hosts thought of everything and the beach chairs and toys were greatly appreciated. Thanks for a wonderful time!
