The outdoor space includes pool, hot tub, and wrap-around deck. The Manzanita House (larger sister property, separate listing) is available on-site with its own nightly rate. The 2 homes together share the 27 acres. If you would like to reserve both houses, please reach out -- we love family reunions! Use of Pool/Hot Tub is available: $100 per day: ⇀Hot Tub can be heated year round. ⇀Pool is heated only during the warmer months: Mid June - October. We are a family owned AND OPERATED vacation rental! NOTE: Only 16 guests staying overnight at Red Hawk Ridge are allowed on property. Visitors other than overnight guests are not allowed on the property without express permission from Management. We LOVE gatherings and reunions but need advance notice, so message us if you wish hold a large gathering. Please note that the property is monitored with outdoor security cameras and an onsite groundskeeper. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. The property does have stairs and may not be suitable for the disabled those with mobility limitations. As you enjoy this peaceful mountain escape, please remember that local wildlife (like rodents, raccoons, snakes, or insects) also call this area home. 🏞️ For everyone’s safety, always keep doors closed so critters don’t wander inside. Japatul House is part of a cherished family home that has been part of the Alpine community for three generations.
