The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need - pots, pans, cookie sheets, blender, coffee maker, and more, making home-cooked meals a breeze. 🛁 Bathroom We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers so you can pack light and feel cared for. 🌴 Outdoor Our fully fenced backyard is perfect for soaking up San Diego’s sunshine! We love helping guests have the best stay possible! We’re available by phone or message anytime if needed. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT: Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 11am. Please let us know if you need early check in or late check out. We can try to accommodate your plans for an additional fee. NO SMOKING INSIDE: We have a zero tolerance smoking policy. Any violation will incur a $500 security deposit and/or additional cleaning fee. HOUSEKEEPING: Our cleaning team provides the best care in disinfecting the home between all stays and making sure it is ready for use when you arrive. Additionally, disinfecting cleaner will be left for your use if needed. Your cleaning fee takes care of everything. We make clean up simple so you can maximize your vacation time. NO PARTIES ALLOWED: Our neighbors will let us know if there are any parties. Repeated violation will result in a request to vacate the property. Guest access You have access to the entire home. Other things to note We also have security cameras on the outside of the home to monitor deliveries and maintenance. No cameras are inside the house or facing the yard. We respect your privacy!
